Any account found to have been registered with false particulars will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.

xx777 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at xx777.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
xx777 does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers required for operational purposes (such as payment processors and age verification services), regulatory authorities as required by law, and fraud prevention and identity verification agencies. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data processing agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xx777 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Nothing in this clause limits xx777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by xx777's negligence. xx777's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
xx777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (among others):
Upon account closure, xx777 will process any verified Real-Money balance remaining after deduction of amounts owed by the Member to xx777, subject to the completion of all identity and anti-fraud checks. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure for any breach of this Agreement.
A Member may close their own account at any time by contacting the xx777 support team. Account closure does not release either party from obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and xx777 arising from this Agreement or the Member's use of the Platform, the Member should first raise the matter with the xx777 customer support team in writing. xx777 will acknowledge the complaint within 72 hours and endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 calendar days. Where a resolution is not reached, the dispute may be escalated to the dispute resolution body designated by xx777's gaming licence authority.
This Agreement is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of xx777's international gaming licence. The Member acknowledges and agrees that any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be conducted in the courts or forums designated by the governing regulatory authority, and the Member consents to the jurisdiction of such courts or forums.
xx777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, xx777 will provide reasonable notice to Members by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the Member's registered email address.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Agreement. If a Member does not agree to the amended terms, they should cease use of the Platform and close their account. The version of this Agreement currently published on the Platform supersedes all previous versions.
